If you have read any of my previous posts, you will know that I love shedding light on what is really happening to our health especially when it comes to our food, water and environment.
You need food to live.
You need water to live.
You need air to live.
And yet with these three vital elements, corruption runs deep and there are individuals and corporations that take these three elements and twist them in such a way that actually harms us.
Why you ask?
Well, power and greed, of course.
The Bible contains many verses about how the greed of money and the greed of power are evil. For example:
James 5:1-3: “Now listen, you rich people, weep and wail because of the misery that is coming on you. Your wealth has rotted, and moths have eaten your clothes. Your gold and silver are corroded. Their corrosion will testify against you and eat your flesh like fire. You have hoarded wealth in the last days.“
1 Corinthians 5:11: “Do not associate with anyone who is guilty of greed.”
Matthew 6:19: “Do not store up for yourselves treasures on earth, where moth and rust destroy and where thieves break in and steal… You cannot serve both God and money.”
Proverbs 15:27: “Whoever is greedy for unjust gain troubles his own household, but he who hates bribes will live.”
If you have not read any of my previous posts, I encourage you to do so, but to summarize a few facts about our nation’s food, here are some eye-opening facts:
- growth hormones and unnecessary antibiotics are injected into our meat-producing animals
- artificial color dyes are used to color our foods to make them more attractive to the human eye
- brominated vegetable oil, a food additive known to cause cancer, is used in many sodas and citrus drinks
- animals on the farm are treated as machines; often contained in small, unsanitary enclosures and are fed low-quality food
- artificial sweeteners have a more negative effect on our bodies than sugar
- bleached white flour, used in many of our breads, is loaded with chemicals
- the metal, aluminum, is used in many baking products
- the USDA permits “cow pus” to be in our milk
- pet foods are loaded with toxins and unnecessary artificial colors
And what about our water sources? Not as pure as it should be as it contains:
- flouride
- lead
- nitrates
- pesticides
- mercury
- arsenic
And we can’t forget about the air that we breathe. It contains elements such as:
- carbon monoxide
- nitrogen dioxide
- sulfur dioxide
- ozone
- benzene
- lead
- formaldehyde
- methane
- radon
- asbestos
So if we, as a population, are consistently bombarded with poisoned food, poisoned water and poisoned air, it shouldn’t come as no surprise that 129 million Americans have a least one chronic illness. As for mental illness, 58 million Americans suffer from a mental illness. Cancer is on the rise. More and more young people are battling colon cancer; doctors brave enough to come forward attest this colon cancer increase is due to diet.
And let’s not forget about all the pharmaceuticals. Each artificial drug (aka “medicine”) has side effects. And, in my opinion, most of these drugs just cure the symptoms and not the actual root of the problem. And with so many antibiotics prescribed, we are building up a resistance. It is a real danger!
So is it really no surprise that what we ingest causes these diseases?
You read stories about how other people from different companies come to the U.S. to live and then complain about their weight gain and health and the typical “American Diet”.
Just take a look at these side-by-side comparisons of common food items we use versus the same products in a different country:

Special thanks to FoodBabe.com for the above images!
Rarely, you have the media publish an article about how other countries around the world have banned this and that and yet the United States still labels these banned chemicals as “safe”.
But why would the United States, with all its power and resources, not put a stop on the above-mentioned issues?
Well, let’s take a look at some facts:
- the FDA is partially funded by organizations it regulates
- in 2023, Congress gave a budget of $8.4 billion to the FDA
- in 2022, Big Pharma revenue hit $1.48 trillion
- the COVID pandemic drove Pfizer’s profits to $100 billion
- Monsanto, an American agrochemical and agricultural biotechnology corporation, was responsible for the creation of genetically modified seeds, seeds that would resist Monsanto’s herbicide, “Round-Up”, the same “Round-Up” linked to cancer
- in 2004, representatives of food and agriculture groups, spent $48 million lobbying politicians
- WHO was silenced by the HHS and sugar-producing companies when they wanted to publish a report stating that sugar was related to obesity and to advise people to reduce their intake of sugar
- USDA is currently funding a CCP (Chinese Communist Party) researcher involving dangerous bird flu experiments

Now is it making sense?
It is all for greed whether it is in the form of profit or power.
A friend of mine posted a short video titled, “The Greatest Hoax Of Our Generation” and proceeds to show a man talking about how the food and medical industries wait for us to get sick, purposely don’t restore our health, give us a toxic pill to make us sicker, and keep us sick. Click here to watch.
CBS News published an article about how profit was more important than healthcare and how one woman died because of it. Click here to watch.
There is a new film titled, “Food for Profit” that was released in February 2024 depicting the links between the meat industry and lobbying. You can learn more here.
Now that we know that the food and drug industries are in bed with government, you have to wonder if the rest of the world follows the same patterns and bad habits as the U.S. Are they just as radicalized and consumed with greed?
They are NOT.
Let’s take a look at some things that are banned elsewhere, but still considered “safe” here in the States:
American Beef – due to this beef containing “pink slime”, a by-product of the meat manufacturing process, it has been banned in Australia, Canada, China, Colombia, Europe, Japan, Russia and Taiwan
American Corn – due to this corn being a genetically modified product and linked to organ damage, cancer, birth defects, and sterility, it has been banned in Europe, Peru, Russia, Venezuela and Mexico
American Pork – due to pigs being injected with ractopamine, which increases rate of gain, and its link to cardiovascular issues, cancer, and behavioral issues, it has been banned in China, Europe, Russia, Taiwan and United Kingdom
Artificial Food Dyes – used for coloring, these dyes include Blue 1, Blue 2, Green 3, Red 3, Red 40, Yellow 5 and Yellow 6; these have been linked to allergies, behavior issues, cancer, organ damage, hormonal disruption, and gastro issues; they have been banned in most of Europe, Australia, Japan, and New Zealand and United Kingdom
Azodicarbonamide – used as a bleaching agent in flour, it has been known to cause asthma, respiratory issues and cancer; it has been banned in Europe and Australia
BHA – used as a preservative, it has been known to cause hormone disruption, reproductive issues and cancer; it has been banned in Australia, Canada, Europe, Japan, New Zealand and United Kingdom
BHT – used as a preservative, it has been known to cause hormone disruption and cancer; it has been banned in Australia, Canada, Europe, Japan, New Zealand, and United Kingdom
Farmed Salmon – farm-raised salmon is fed astaxanthin, a red pigment, to give the fish its pink color; it has been linked to digestive issues, hormonal issues, and decreased blood pressure; it has been banned in Australia and New Zealand
Potassium Bromate – used as an oxidizing agent, it has been known to cause kidney and nervous system issues, reproductive abnormalities and cancer; it has been banned in Canada, China, Europe, India, Nigeria, South Korea, Sri Lanka, and most of South America
Propylparaben – used as an antimicrobial preservative, it has been linked to reproductive issues, endocrine issues, and cancer; it has been banned in Australia, Europe, Japan, United Kingdom
rBGH and rBST – used as synthetic hormones to increase milk production in dairy cows, it has been known to cause a host of health issues in the cows including mastitis, reproductive issues, fetal loss and birth defects; it has been banned in Argentina, Australia, Canada, Europe, Israel, Japan, and New Zealand
Pretty scary isn’t it? As humans, we are all created equal, but why do our international friends enjoy cleaner food and better health and we, as Americans, get sicker and sicker?
When you think about it, the body does eventually have its limits before it breaks down. After years and years of being fed these toxins, any one person could logically conclude that the body would start to get sick and weakened.
Take your vehicle (car, van, suv), for example. You give it the gasoline that it needs to operate. You wouldn’t use just any oil or even liquid, for that matter, as you know it might damage the engine and other insides of the vehicle and cost you major $$$ in the end.
Why is our body any different? Doesn’t it deserve the very best, too?
I do have to give props to California! The California Food Safety Act goes into effect on January 1, 2027 and will officially ban Red 3, potassium bromate, brominated vegetable oil and propylparaben.
Other states such as New York, Illinois and Pennsylvania are also considering banning the above-mentioned toxins.
But with more and more people becoming aware of the dangers of these toxins and more and more states considering bans, it has made some organizations rattled and they have outwardly come out opposing these such bans.
Sarah Gallo, vice president of product policy at the Consumer Brands Association, says:
These state bills overstep the FDA scientific review of these additives and create significant regulatory uncertainty.
The National Confectioners Association, says:
Careless rhetoric deployed in this debate would lead consumers to believe the food additives in question are harmful and there is a systematic failure on behalf of the U.S. food safety system—ignoring the fact that FDA is taking action to modernize its review process to meet the growing demands of the agency. Usurping FDA’s authority does nothing but create a state-by-state patchwork of inconsistent state requirements that increase food costs, create confusion around food safety, and erode consumer confidence in our food supply
Proponents of the ban include Brian Ronholm, director of food safety at Consumer Reports, who states:
The Food and Drug Administration’s system for ensuring that food additives are safe is broken. There is no consumer confusion on this issue—they want these chemicals out of foods. But when they see that the FDA has not been able to keep up with the latest research, and also see that the industry is already using substitutes in other countries, they recognize that the states are the only ones trying to protect them from toxic food chemicals right now.
Anna Kelles, NY representative, agrees:
For too long, the FDA has failed to take action to protect consumers from toxic chemicals found in our food. I am proud to sponsor legislation to ban seven of these additives that are linked to serious adverse health effects, like DNA damage, heart and thyroid toxicity, and reproductive harm. We also must close a loophole allowing food and chemical companies to bypass FDA approval for new food additives irresponsibly. My legislation would remove GRAS’s secret by requiring the industry to notify New York of their GRAS determinations that the FDA has not reviewed.”
So what can we Americans do to change this narrative? How can we achieve our basic right to clean food and clean drinking water?
The first thing you do is hit these big corporations in their wallets by NOT BUYING products containing these toxins. If just a quarter of Americans took a stand against these products, corporations would take notice and things would change for the better.
Contact your local representatives and senators. Express your concern and the reasons behind your concern. Emphasize that more and more states are enforcing bans and their reasoning behind these bans.
Sign online petitions. On Change.org there are at least 20 petitions regarding bans on toxins/chemicals in our food. Click here to view these Change.org petitions.
EWG also has an online petition here.

I am not a conspiracy theorist, but I believe the deep state is real when it comes to our food industry. Don’t line others’ pockets at the expense of your health.
