When rock band, R.E.M, released their song of the same name in 1994, singer, Michael Stipe, revealed the song was about Generation X and contemporary mass media.
Fast forward 30 years later, and the notion of frequency not only pertains to mass media, but to the benefits of our bodily health.
Per Google, the definition of frequency is:
“the rate at which a vibration occurs that constitutes a wave, either in a material (as in sound waves), or in an electromagnetic field (as in radio waves and light), usually measured per second; the particular waveband at which a radio station or other system broadcasts or transmits signals.“
And to further understand frequency, the definition of a wavelength is:
“the distance between successive crests of a wave, especially points in a sound wave or electromagnetic wave.“
To break it down, the difference between frequency and wavelength is that frequency is the number of waves that pass through a point in a second and wavelength is the difference from one point on a wave to the same point on the next wave.
Some every day products we use that emit frequencies include:
- cell phones
- pagers
- radio
- microphones
- headphones
- televisions
- computers
- gaming systems
- microwaves
- electric vehicles
- MRI machines
- pacemakers
- solar panels
Here is a chart depicting the various frequencies:

But what if I told you that for every issue within your body there is a frequency that can heal you?
You won’t find this on the mainstream media and especially not within the medical communities because, well, once sickness and diseases are wiped out, doctors and medical techs and pharmaceutical companies would go out of business. Remember, as I have said before, they want to keep you sick so YOU keep lining their pockets with your money. They have no incentive to cure you. You have to be your own champion and your own doctor.
So let’s take a deep dive into how frequencies can heal the body!
Nikola Tesla, an American engineer, is best known for inventing the Alternating Current (A/C Power) which allowed electricity to be transmitted over long distances. He is also responsible for inventing:
- Tesla Coil – an electrical transformer that produces high-voltage, low-current alternating current (AC) electricity using high-frequency alternating current
- Magnifying Transmitter – an adaption of the Tesla Coil, used the natural resonant circuit of the Earth to create standing waves of electrical energy
- Tesla Turbine – a bladeless turbine that uses a series of discs to to generate rotation movement
- Shadowgraph – an optical technique that reveals variations in density in transparent media, such as water, air, or glass
- Radio – the wireless transmission and reception of electric impulses or signals by means of electromagnetic waves.
- Neon Lamp – a miniature gas-discharge lamp
- Hydroelectric Power – power created by the use of moving water
- Induction Motor – an A/C electric motor
- Radio Controlled Boat – a boat completely controlled by using radio signals
As you can see, a brilliant man! But let me share a quote by Tesla regarding frequencies: “If you want to find the secrets of the universe, think in terms of energy, frequency, and vibration.”
There is the Nikola Tesla 369 frequency: a composition based on the idea that the numbers 3, 6, and 9 are the key to unlocking the secrets of the universe. Tesla believed that everything is a vibration, and that the 369 Hz frequency is a magic frequency composed by the code 3 6 9. Some say that listening to this frequency can help you find calm and think clearly.
After Tesla died in a hotel room in 1943, all of his scientific papers vanished and were never to be found. Who would have taken all of Tesla’s work? Was he being silenced? Was he close to finding something that would overturn the status quo? We may never know.
Royal Rife, an American inventor in the 1920s, invented the Rife Machine, a machine that produces low-energy electromagnetic waves. Rife claimed that this would kill cancer cells as it tunes into the electrical impulses coming from the tumor. Electrical pads would be put onto the hands and feet and then the impulses would be delivered into the body via the pads.
The American Medical Association and The American Cancer Society both call it a hoax and the medical field lambasted Rife for his claims. Despite most in the medical field denying the Rife Machine as a cancer destroyer, some naturopathic and holistic clinics house a Rife Machine and offer it as a service to their clients.
Dr. Anthony Holland said, “We all know that cancer is vulnerable between the frequencies of 100,000 hertz and 300,000 hertz. I now believe that the future cancer treatment rooms for children will be a very different place. It will be a pleasant place where children gather unaware that above them are beautiful blue, pinkish plasma lights emanating healing, pulsing electric fields shattering their cancer painlessly and non-toxically one cell at a time.” Watch the video of what happens to leukemia cells and frequency here.
Here is a list of some common health issues and their corresponding frequencies that assist in the healing of those issues:
- Sleep Issues – 3 hertz frequency; causes deep and restorative sleep
- Anxiety – 432 hertz frequency; calms the mind
- Weight Gain – 280 hertz frequency; stimulates metabolism
- Sickness – 528 hertz frequency; facilitates the regeneration of the body
- Pain – 174 hertz frequency; restores your well-being
- Low Energy – 417 hertz frequency; gives an energy boost
- Liver Toxicity – 528 hertz frequency; detoxes liver
- Damaged Tissue and Cells – 285 hertz frequency; repairs tissue and cells
And what about your teeth? We are all told that once we lose our adult teeth that is it; they will never grow back.
In 2006, NewAtlas.com published an article about a team of researchers from Alberta, Canada who used low-intensity pulsed ultrasound to stimulate jaw growth and heal dental tissue. Per the article:
“The wireless design of the ultrasound transducer means the miniscule device will be able to fit comfortably inside a patient’s mouth while packed in biocompatible materials. The unit will be easily mounted on an orthodontic or braces bracket or even a plastic removable crown. The team also designed an energy sensor that will ensure the LIPUS power is reaching the target area of the teeth roots within the bone.”

Dr. Tarik El-Bialy of the Faculty of Medicine and Dentistry said, “If the root is broken, it can now be fixed. And because we can regrow teeth root, a patient could have his own tooth rather than foreign objects in his mouth.“
This procedure was tested on rabbit incisors and it WORKED and was published in the American Journal of Orthodontics and Dentofacial Orthopedics.
They then tested it on human subjects who were told they needed get their teeth pulled by their dentists. The device would be held against a tooth that had an issue (such as, erosion after a root canal) for 20 minutes per day for 4 weeks.
The result was new tissue was being formed and the inside of the tooth was being regenerated.
But this article was from 2006, 18 years ago…..what happened? If this was truly developed and brought forth into the dentistry field to use, it would negate the use of fillings, root canals and all other major dental procedures.
Were these researchers and doctors silenced, too?
And how about a testing on Elephant Man Disease, a rare genetic disorder that causes an overgrowth of bodily tissue? A woman was suffering from EMD within her brain and was was told nothing could be done to help her and death was imminent. She was also legally blind because of this EMD and her pain level was very high. A voice spectral analysis (vocal print) was done on her. What they found was a giant spike in the pattern (frequency) and that spike told doctors what was causing the EMD. It turned out that it was due to an isotope of calcium, a variant of true and pure calcium. They were able to look at that graph and see what that frequency was so, to rid this woman of the EMD, they gave her the opposite frequency as an antidote and what happened? The pain was gone. The isotope of calcium dissolved. Her sight came back. Amazing! Click here to watch the video.
Judd Matsunaga, a lawyer from CA, published an article on the Rafu Shimpo and likened the power of sound frequency to situations on various episodes of Star Trek:
“The idea that targeted frequencies can have a resonant effect on us, physically and psychologically, is not as outlandish as it may first sound. I grew up watching “Star Trek” (the original series with George Takei playing Sulu, helmsman of the starship USS Enterprise). You might remember, that practically every episode had Dr. McCoy, “Bones,” waving an electrical device that made a sound pitch at various frequencies over the patient’s body to heal it.“
Dr. James Gimzewski of UCLA confirmed that our cells emit sounds, “By using an atomic force microscope to listen to the specific sound that a cell emits, we can identify its unique sonic signature.“
The research Dr. Gimzewski is talking about is “sonocytology” which is defined as finding unhealthy cells via their sonic signatures and then playing their own destructive sounds back to them until they are destroyed.
And there are sound baths, baths in which a person is “bathed” in sound waves.

Christina Resasco, a sound healing practitioner, states, “Sound therapy is deeply rooted in science and based on the principles of quantum physics and sacred geometry. There are hundreds of clinical trials and peer-reviewed white paper studies on the healing properties of sound. In fact, Western medicine uses sound waves on a daily basis in the form of ultrasound technology, which can be used to break up kidney stones among other things.”
If you are interested in using frequencies for yourself, Soaak is an app that utilizes the power of sound therapy. Laura Widney, co-founder of Soaak, explains, “You’re playing a certain megahertz to the body. What we’ve done in clinic, is we have layered certain frequencies for certain issues.“
And it has been a success as 78% of Sooak’s 120 in-house clients saw a positive outcome to their ailments which included migraines, hormonal imbalances, insomnia and anxiety.
There are also many books available regarding frequencies and their healing on our bodies so I encourage you to check them out as well.
And you can listen to many of the frequencies I listed earlier in this post on YouTube. There are thousands of videos available. Why not give it a try?
Please note, being a Christian I try not to fall into new age category when discussing alternative medicine as I know there is only one true God and His Word is my guide; however, I do NOT believe that harnessing sound frequencies is wrong. In fact, I believe God has provided so many offerings on this Earth for us to use and if you have read any of my previous posts, you will already know that what I am talking about. As with everything on Earth, God also provided sound, frequencies, vibrations and light and it is up to us to research and see how these can help us, especially regarding our health. He gave us the tools and it up to us, His children, to use them.
What are your thoughts on frequency? Have you had any experiences using sound frequencies? Let me know in the comments below.
